Halo 3 -- What is the best map?
To start things off here, what do you think is the best map for Halo 3 and why?
My vote goes to The Pit.
I am a plasma grenade freak, so the abundance of them is very nice.

Except for the one... where you shoot out of the um... elongated tube with nothing but a knife.
Guardian is the best map!
Guardian is the best map! It's aesthetically pleasing and allows many close quarters encounters (my specialty). My favorite non-Slayer game types on it are Mosh Pit and King of the Hill with a non-moving hill in the center of the map.
The center of the map also reminds me of the Nyx from EVE Online.

I've heard EVE online got hella messed up with the developers giving freebies to the high end players. I played it for like a month but I think ended up getting frustrated.
Anyway my favorite map on Halo 3??? Definitely not the one inside the warehouse. I like the two new ones, Rat Race and the other one from the same pack at sunset with the satellite dishes. My dream is to play 8 on 8 on the latter map. I really need to play 8 on 8 on the new Avalanche though, I have not had a human flying mayhem experience yet.

I'm trying to get back more into Halo now that Bucephalus is taunting me with his super high rank he picked up from Lone Wolves. I'm usually online after work which is currently post-11 PM. I'm also eager to try the new maps Blackout and Avalanche, but GTA4 is still absorbing my soul.
I played EVE for a few months. Had some fun times playing with the economics, manufacturing, and scientific research, but the game induced temporary narcolepsy every time I played it. Plus, drones didn't obey commands which frustrated me immensely as a Gallente.

Or it's the worst. I'm not sure.
Either way, it's a tough MMO to play. Too much work for me.
